Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ahi Tuna sushi-grade, diced
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Green Onions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds toasted
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, sesame seeds, red pepper flakes, and sea salt.
  2. Add the diced ahi tuna to the bowl and gently toss to coat the tuna with the sauce.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Serve chilled, garnished with additional green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
