  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry the potatoes. Pierce each potato several times with a fork.
  3. Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
  5. Cook for 35 minutes, turning them halfway through, until the potatoes are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
  6. Let the potatoes cool for a few minutes before serving.
