  • 4 Potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 Limes, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Allspice
  • 6 cups Water
