- 2 lbs Chicken, cut into pieces
- 4 Potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 Limes, juiced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Allspice
- 6 cups Water
1. In a large pot, add the chicken pieces and water. Bring to a boil.
2. Add the potatoes, onion, garlic, lime juice, salt, black pepper, and allspice. Reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes.
3. Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve hot.
