Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Butter, melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Stir in the melted butter.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until the pancake is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
