  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Beef Broth

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Rub the brisket with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the brisket in a roasting pan and add minced garlic and beef broth.
  4. Cover the pan with foil and roast in the oven for 4 hours.
  5. Remove the foil and cook for an additional 30 minutes to brown the top.
  6. Let the brisket rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
