- 4 lbs Beef Brisket
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Beef Broth
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Rub the brisket with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Place the brisket in a roasting pan and add minced garlic and beef broth.
Cover the pan with foil and roast in the oven for 4 hours.
Remove the foil and cook for an additional 30 minutes to brown the top.
Let the brisket rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
