Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef (top round or flank steak) thinly sliced
- ½ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
1. In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
2. Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
3. Preheat your oven to 175°F (80°C). Place a wire rack on a baking sheet.
4. Arrange the marinated beef slices in a single layer on the wire rack.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 4-5 hours, or until the beef is dry and chewy.
6. Let the beef jerky cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
