Black Bean and Rice Burritos

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the black beans, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, black beans, and half of the shredded cheese.
4. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
5. Spoon the rice and bean mixture onto each tortilla. Top with salsa and remaining cheese.
6. Roll up the tortillas and serve warm.
