  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add bok choy and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
