- 3 lb corned beef brisket
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 large onion, sliced

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
Place the corned beef brisket in a Dutch oven.
Add the beef broth, sliced onion, minced garlic, brown sugar, mustard, and black pepper.
