Ingredients

  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 package Ramen noodles crushed, discard seasoning packet
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots
  • ½ cup Chopped green onions

Dressing Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • ¼ cup Rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, crushed ramen noodles, shredded carrots, and chopped green onions.
  2. 2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil to make the dressing.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
