Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Sushi rice
- 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 4 sheets Nori (seaweed)
- 1 Cucumber, julienned
- 1 Avocado, sliced
- 200 grams Imitation crab meat
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
1. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook according to package instructions.
2. In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Fold into the cooked rice. Let it cool.
3. Place a sheet of nori on the bamboo mat. Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
4. Arrange cucumber, avocado, and crab meat along the bottom edge of the nori. Add a small amount of mayonnaise.
5. Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
6. Slice the roll into 8 pieces with a sharp knife. Serve with soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi.
