Carrot Raisin Salad Recipe
A simple, refreshing salad made with carrots and raisins.

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Carrots, grated
- 1 cup Raisins
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
In a mixing bowl, combine grated carrots and raisins.
Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
