Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Dill chopped
Soak the cedar plank in water for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place the salmon fillets on the soaked cedar plank.
Grill the salmon on the cedar plank for about 20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
Remove from the grill and drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped dill.
