Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 4 Large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1 Tomato, diced
  • 1 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. 3. Stir in the diced onion, ketchup, and mustard. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Lay a tortilla flat and sprinkle half with shredded cheese. Add a layer of the beef mixture, then top with diced tomato and more cheese. Fold the tortilla in half.
  5. 5. Cook the quesadilla in the skillet until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling. Cut into wedges and serve.
