Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Italian seasoned
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 pieces Eggs beaten

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Dip chicken breasts in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs mixed with grated Parmesan.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Place chicken in a baking dish. Top with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
