Chicken Parmigiana Recipe
A classic Italian-American dish with breaded chicken, marinara sauce, and melted cheese.

- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs Italian seasoned
- 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 2 cups Marinara sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 pieces Eggs beaten
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Dip chicken breasts in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs mixed with grated Parmesan.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden brown on both sides.
Place chicken in a baking dish. Top with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
