Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 slices Bread preferably ciabatta
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken breast sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Pesto sauce
  • 2 slices Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 handful Spinach leaves

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the panini press.
  2. Spread pesto sauce on one side of each bread slice.
  3. Layer chicken, mozzarella, and spinach on one slice of bread.
  4. Top with the other slice of bread, pesto side down.
  5. Grill in the panini press for 5-7 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
  6. Cut in half and serve hot.
