- 8 oz Tortilla Chips
- 2 cups Salsa Verde
- 1 cup Shredded Chicken cooked
- ½ cup Crumbled Queso Fresco
- ¼ cup Sour Cream
- 1 Avocado sliced
- 2 Eggs fried
- ¼ cup Chopped Cilantro
- ¼ cup Chopped Red Onion
- 1 Lime cut into wedges
Heat the skillet over medium heat.
Add the tortilla chips and salsa verde. Stir to coat the chips.
Add the shredded chicken and cook for 5 minutes until heated through.
Top with crumbled queso fresco, sour cream, avocado slices, fried eggs, chopped cilantro, and red onion.
Serve with lime wedges on the side.
