  • 8 oz Tortilla Chips
  • 2 cups Salsa Verde
  • 1 cup Shredded Chicken cooked
  • ½ cup Crumbled Queso Fresco
  • ¼ cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • 2 Eggs fried
  • ¼ cup Chopped Cilantro
  • ¼ cup Chopped Red Onion
  • 1 Lime cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. Heat the skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the tortilla chips and salsa verde. Stir to coat the chips.
  3. Add the shredded chicken and cook for 5 minutes until heated through.
  4. Top with crumbled queso fresco, sour cream, avocado slices, fried eggs, chopped cilantro, and red onion.
  5. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
