Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 2 heads Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Croutons
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup Olive oil
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and mayonnaise.
  2. 2. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking continuously until dressing is smooth and creamy.
  3. 3. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 4. In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and additional Parmesan cheese.
  5. 5. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat evenly.
  6. 6. Serve immediately.
