Ingredients

  • 2 cups Corn kernels fresh or canned
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 can Diced green chilies drained
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine corn, sour cream, shredded cheese, mayonnaise, diced green chilies, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
