  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  3. 3. Slowly add the chicken broth while whisking to avoid lumps.
  4. 4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. 5. Add the crabmeat, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Use a blender to puree the bisque until smooth.
  7. 7. Serve hot, garnished with a sprinkle of fresh herbs if desired.
