Cream of Wheat Semolina Porridge

- 1 cup semolina
- 4 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a saucepan, bring the milk to a gentle boil.
Slowly whisk in the semolina, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
Add the sugar and salt, and continue to cook on low heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Serve warm, optionally topped with fruits, nuts, or a drizzle of honey.
