- 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the chopped spinach, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
