Ingredients 

  • 2 Japanese cucumbers thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Thinly slice the cucumbers and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. In a separate bowl, mix the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until the sugar dissolves.
  3. 3. Pour the vinegar mixture over the cucumbers and toss to coat.
  4. 4. Let it sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
