Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoon garam masala
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 can tomato puree (15 oz)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and cubed
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
- for garnish fresh cilantro, chopped
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until soft and golden brown.
Add the garlic and ginger, cook for another minute.
Stir in the garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and paprika. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add the tomato puree and bring to a simmer. Cook for 10 minutes.
Stir in the heavy cream and cooked chicken. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
