Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 head Lettuce chopped
  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 bag Doritos crushed
  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. 2. Add taco seasoning to the beef according to the packet instructions.
  3. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and cheddar cheese.
  4. 4. Add the cooked beef to the bowl and mix well.
  5. 5. Just before serving, add the crushed Doritos and ranch dressing. Toss to combine.
