  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Water as needed

Instructions 

  1. Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
  2. Make a well in the center and add eggs.
  3. Gradually mix the flour and eggs together, adding water as needed to form a dough.
  4. Knead the dough until smooth, about 5-10 minutes.
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to desired thickness.
  6. Cut into strips with a knife.
  7. Boil a pot of water and cook noodles for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Drain and serve.
