Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Water as needed
Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
Make a well in the center and add eggs.
Gradually mix the flour and eggs together, adding water as needed to form a dough.
Knead the dough until smooth, about 5-10 minutes.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to desired thickness.
Cut into strips with a knife.
Boil a pot of water and cook noodles for 2-3 minutes.
Drain and serve.
