Main Ingredients
- 8 pieces Corn tortillas
- 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 1 cup Enchilada sauce
- 1 cup Sour cream for serving
- 1 cup Chopped cilantro for garnish
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave to make them pliable.
Fill each tortilla with shredded chicken and a little cheese. Roll up and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
Pour enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with sour cream.
