Filipino Beef Steak Recipe
A classic Filipino dish made with marinated beef slices, onions, and a savory sauce.

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 pcs Onions, sliced into rings
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon Ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 1 cup Water
1. Marinate beef slices in soy sauce, lemon juice, and ground black pepper for at least 1 hour.
2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the marinated beef slices until browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
3. In the same pan, sauté the onion rings until they become translucent. Remove from pan and set aside.
4. Pour the marinade into the pan and add water. Bring to a boil.
5. Add the beef slices back into the pan and simmer for 15 minutes or until the beef is tender.
6. Add the sautéed onions back into the pan and cook for another 2 minutes.
7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
