  • 4 large Russet potatoes peeled and cut into strips
  • 1 liter Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Peel and cut the potatoes into thin strips.
  2. 2. Heat the oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  3. 3. Fry the potatoes in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per batch.
  4. 4. Remove fries from oil and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
