Fresh Broccoli Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli florets chopped
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup red onion finely chopped
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, shredded carrots, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, and finely chopped red onion.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat evenly.
