  • 12 sticks Mozzarella cheese cut into sticks
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Breadcrumbs
  • 2 units Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut mozzarella cheese into sticks.
  2. 2. Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Dredge each cheese stick in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the cheese sticks until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with marinara sauce.
