Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine masa harina and salt. Gradually add warm water, mixing until a dough forms. Knead for a few minutes until smooth.
Divide the dough into 8 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball and flatten into a disc about ¼ inch thick.
Heat a griddle or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each gordita for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
