Green Chili Stew Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Pork shoulder, cubed
- 2 cups Green chilies, roasted and chopped
- 1 cup Onion, diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the cubed pork shoulder and cook until browned.
2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the roasted green chilies, chicken broth, cumin, and oregano. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat and let the stew simmer for about 45 minutes, or until the pork is tender.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
