- 1 lb Ground chicken
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 4 Burger buns
- 4 slices Cheese optional
- 1 cup Lettuce shredded
- 1 Tomato sliced
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
Grill the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
If using cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on the buns and topping with lettuce and tomato.
