Grilled Turkey Reuben Sandwich
A delicious twist on the classic Reuben sandwich, using turkey instead of corned beef.

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Rye Bread
- 4 slices Turkey sliced
- 4 slices Swiss Cheese
- ½ cup Sauerkraut drained
- ¼ cup Thousand Island Dressing
- 2 tablespoon Butter softened
1. Preheat grill pan over medium heat.
2. Butter one side of each slice of rye bread.
3. Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, on the grill pan.
4. Layer each slice with Swiss cheese, turkey, sauerkraut, and Thousand Island dressing.
5. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
6. Grill sandwiches until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
