  • 1 large Yellow Bell Pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 large Red Onion cut into chunks
  • 8 oz Mushrooms whole
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions
