Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Milk any kind
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Honey optional
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper optional
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon powder optional
1. Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat it over medium heat.
2. Add turmeric powder, black pepper, and cinnamon powder to the milk. Whisk well.
3. Let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Add honey if using.
5. Pour into a mug and enjoy warm.
