Hamburger and Potato Soup Recipe

- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 4 cups Diced Potatoes
- 1 cup Diced Onion
- 3 cups Beef Broth
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon Flour
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent.
3. Stir in the butter and flour, cooking for 2 minutes.
4. Gradually add the beef broth and milk, stirring constantly.
5. Add the diced potatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
