Hamburger Potato Casserole
A hearty and comforting casserole combining ground beef, potatoes, and cheese.

- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 4 cups Potatoes, sliced
- 1 cup Onion, chopped
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- ½ cup Milk
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
In a large bowl, combine the soup, milk, salt, and pepper. Add potatoes and beef mixture; mix well.
Transfer to a greased baking dish. Cover and bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
Uncover; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
