  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 4 cups Potatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • ½ cup Milk
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the soup, milk, salt, and pepper. Add potatoes and beef mixture; mix well.
  4. Transfer to a greased baking dish. Cover and bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
  5. Uncover; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
