Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • 1 package Egg Noodles, cooked

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is tender.
  3. 3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
  4. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Serve the stroganoff over cooked egg noodles.
