  • 6 slices Bacon chopped
  • ¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • ¼ cup Water
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.
  2. Add the apple cider vinegar, sugar, Dijon mustard, and water to the skillet. Whisk to combine.
  3. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper. Stir in the cooked bacon pieces.
  5. Serve warm over your favorite salad.
