Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 can Kidney beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the ground beef.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. 3. Add the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. 4. Add the kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, and beef broth. Stir well.
  5. 5. Secure the lid on the Instant Pot and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Once the cooking time is complete, allow for a natural release for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  7. 7. Open the lid carefully and stir the chili before serving.
