Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup Basil chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
  4. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Remove from oven, add cherry tomatoes and basil, and serve hot.
