Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 links Italian sausage mild or hot
  • 2 bell peppers sliced
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sausages and cook until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add bell peppers, onions, and garlic. Cook until softened.
  4. Add oregano, basil, and diced tomatoes. Stir well.
  5. Return sausages to the skillet. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
