- 12 pcs Jalapenos seeded and chopped
- 2 cups Apple cider vinegar
- 6 cups Sugar
- 1 packet Liquid pectin
1. Blend the jalapenos and 1 cup of vinegar until smooth.
2. In a saucepan, combine the jalapeno mixture, remaining vinegar, and sugar. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Stir in the pectin and boil for another minute.
4. Pour the jelly into sterilized jars and seal.
