Instructions
1. In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, and instant coffee. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
2. Remove from heat and let it cool completely.
3. Add vodka and vanilla extract to the cooled mixture. Stir well.
4. Pour into a bottle and seal tightly. Let it sit for at least 2 weeks to develop flavor.
