  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage sliced
  • 4 potatoes diced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced potatoes to the skillet and cook until they start to soften, about 10 minutes.
  3. Add chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet, cooking until they start to soften, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add sliced kielbasa to the skillet, cooking until heated through and slightly browned, about 5 minutes.
  5. Season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
