King Ranch Chicken Casserole

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken shredded
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 1 cup Green Bell Pepper chopped
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 12 pieces Corn Tortillas cut into strips
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, sauté the onions and bell peppers until softened.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, diced tomatoes with green chilies, chicken broth, sautéed onions, and bell peppers.
Layer half of the tortilla strips on the bottom of a baking dish.
Spread half of the chicken mixture over the tortillas. Sprinkle with half of the shredded cheese.
Repeat the layers with the remaining tortilla strips, chicken mixture, and cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
