- 2 lbs Beef short ribs flanken cut
- ½ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Brown sugar
- ¼ cup Rice wine
- 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted
- 2 stalks Green onions chopped
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, rice wine, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
2. Add the beef short ribs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the fridge.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Grill the short ribs for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until nicely charred and cooked through.
5. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
