- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 packet Active dry yeast
- ⅓ cup Warm milk
- 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup Softened butter
- 1 cup Pearl sugar
1. Dissolve yeast in warm milk and let it sit for 5 minutes.
2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt. Add eggs and yeast mixture. Mix until combined.
3. Gradually add softened butter, mixing until dough is smooth. Let it rise for 1 hour.
4. Gently fold in pearl sugar.
5. Preheat waffle iron. Divide dough into portions and cook until golden brown.
